HIKARI SHOKUDO

A vegan cooking specialty shop in Nasu. As well as having a vegetarian diet of no meat or fish, vegans do not eat food which has resulted in animals being killed or even any kind of food which has been derived from animals, such as eggs, milk, and gelatin. The refreshingly spacious store also sells vegan foodstuffs at the entrance to the shop. They have seating at the counter and also in semi-private rooms at the back. Menu-wise, only one dish is served for lunch or dinner.
