A soba noodle restaurant located close to Kinugawa-Koen Station. Unlike soba in the Kanto region, which is served with a strongly flavored dipping sauce, Izumi’s soba is served with a lighter sauce. In addition to a standard tempura and zaru soba (noodles served on a zaru bamboo basket), the restaurant’s soba garnished with tempura-style maitake mushrooms, a local specialty product, is also popular. There’s also soba served with a small bowl of yuba tofu skin, another area specialty. Izumi also carries local Japanese sakes, and you can enjoy a drink with your meal.

鬼怒川公園の駅前にあるおそばやさんです。日光名物の湯葉刺しとまいたけの天ぷらのついたそばセットを頂きましたが、とても美味しかったです。
