The Ippuku taste—a meticulous expansion of historic “Sanuki udon” through in-house methods—has gained many fans from all around. The supple elasticity and firm cuts of thin noodle are doused in deep rich dashi (stock) in “bukkake udon” and “kake udon”, which are delicious and reasonably-priced.

I had small size Udon with Chikuwa tempts for 390yen! It was very wonderful taste and enough to reason come back some time later:)
オーソドックスな讃岐うどん

かけうどんとぶっかけの冷とトッピングに海老赤天とたけのこの天ぷらを選びました。うどんの麺はオーソドックスな讃岐うどんのコシのある麺でこの日4食目のうどんだったのでぶっかけ冷の冷たいコシのある麺はすっきりしてとても美味しかったです。海老赤天はすり身のさつま揚げのような天ぷらでした。たけのこの天ぷらは出汁が染みたたけのこが青さと一緒にあげられておりとても美味しかったです。
細麺ですが安定のコシ

細麺でここまでの腰を保つのは至難。冷やも温も共に絶妙な茹で加減と切り加減。永年変わらぬ味を確保、素晴らしいです。天ぷらも鶏はじめ美味しいですし、衛星管理もしっかりで安心して食べれます。少し不便なところですが十分行く価値ありです。
