It’s a longstanding shop that has been selling its strained bean paste for years. They’re known for their homemade skinless bleached bean paste, which features fluffy and soft dough, mellow sweetness, and smooth texture. The shop has the feel of a traditional Japanese confectionery, and there are boxes of momiji manju and rice crackers lining the storefront. The prices are reasonable as well, making this a popular stop with tourists.

楓葉形狀的雞蛋糕，內餡就有包醬料，有點像台灣吃過有包內餡的雞蛋糕，不過更甜一些算是廣島的特色美食，來廣島可以體驗看看的日式小甜點

こしあんのもみじ饅頭のみのお店（ちょっとだけせんべい類があったかも）お店は商店街に面しているものの、あまり人がいなかった。とても丁寧な接客であった。１個７０円で私が見た中では最安。お日保ち１０日。他のお店にそん色ないというか、個人的にはここのこしあんが一番好みであった。私はお土産のもみじ饅頭はこちらで購入した。
