Karabu is a famous Hiroshima tsukemen (cold noodles) restaurant characterized by its spicy sauce and situated just a short distance from the Peace Memorial Park. 本場の広島つけ麺！うまいです。

東京や横浜では、なかなか食えない、広島つけ麺！ほんとうに久しぶりの実食です。辛さは控えめ、麺大盛、焼き豚多め、半熟卵付き。冷たい麺に辛くて冷たいつけダレは、ゴマを入れて！野菜もたっぷりで、非常に美味い！横浜でも、もっと気軽に食いたいが、なかなか人気が出ないのがさみしいです。

広電電停の十日市町駅と本川町駅の中間あたりの電車通りにあります。広島風つけ麺のチェーン店ですが、最近リニューアルして壁向きにカウンター席が出来ました。各席の間にアクリル板を置いて感染対策はばっちりです。入り口の券売機で食券を購入して席を選びます。辛さはいろいろ選べますが、私は中辛の5番にしました。素早く出てきて時間の無いランチにはありがたいです。お味は結構辛いですが、野菜もしっかり入っていますので...
