Akita Gyugentei

Housed within a more than 100 year old sake brewery building, this modern looking restaurant is famous for its Japanese Black beef. The restaurant’s recommended dish is the assortment of five different cuts of Japanese Black put together with choice cuts of the day. Another popular dish on the menu is the special yakisuki, eaten by lightly grilling the meat on a barbecue and then dipping it in raw egg.
