Taritsuan
Taritsuan is a seafood restaurant in Matsushima, one of Japan’s top three scenic spots. The restaurant’s two signature dishes are the Hitsumabushi, (eel on rice) using carefully selected domestic conger eel, and the deep-fried oysters, made with oysters from the best regions of the season. As well as these lunches available in limited quantities during the week, and various course meals, guests can order deep-fried oysters from as little as one oyster or more. Guests can also enjoy magnificent views of Matsushima from inside the restaurant.
