A gyoza pot sticker restaurant established in 1953 located in Chugen Town, Fukushima City. The restaurant’s signature menu item is its enban gyoza, a round enban platter covered with 30 fresh pan fried gyoza consisting of a gyoza dough skillfully prepared from two kinds of flour stuffed with Chinese cabbage. The restaurant also offers boiled gyoza, boiled tofu, oshinko pickled vegetables, and more. Manpuku also sells gyoza for takeout starting at 30 gyoza minimum per order.

場所がなかなかわかりにくく、隠れ家的な立地です。福島駅東口から徒歩10分少々の住宅街の中にあります。福島テルサと珍満賓館（中華料理屋）の間の道を入り、右を見ながら直進していくと路地の間に見えてきます（注意して見てないと通り過ぎてしまうかも）。ほぼほぼ餃子一本の居酒屋です。円盤餃子以外のフードは水餃子と簡単なおつまみが数種類しかありません（福島市はこういう店がほかにも結構あります）。それだけに円盤...

円盤餃子の元祖をうたっている店。具は白菜にこだわっているとのこと。餃子の皮は2日ねかせているとのこと。30個が基本でも一人だと20個もチョイス可能。小振りの薄皮で、片面が揚げ餃子的にパリパリです。具はニンニク無しなので、ニンニク好きはタレにおろしニンニクを足して食べるシステム。いさぎよくメニューにご飯はなし。

毎年お盆は福島へお墓参りに行ってますが、名物の円盤餃子を初めて食べました。家族成人4人で2皿と水餃子美味しかったです。小ぶりであっさりして、ご飯もないので、あと一皿追加しても食べれたと話してました。帰りにおしるこ？あん団子？があると知って食べられず残念でした。
