Bandai-Azuma Skyline Drive (磐梯吾妻スカイライン)

Skyline, etc.

This is a sightseeing road in Fukushima City. It’s a 28.7 kilometer line connecting Takayu Onsen to Tsuchiyu Pass. It was once a toll road but is now free to use. Taking the route through to Azuma Mountain Range to an elevation of 1,350 meters offers a beautiful view of Mt. Azuma-kofuji and more. Every season has its attraction, such as the lovely foliage in fall, but the road is closed in winter.
