Aoyama Sohonpo

Aoyama Sohonpo in Shintomi Town, Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture is a famous Toyama specialty trout sushi shop. An exclusive series of trout sushi using rare natural masu salmon, Chidori vinegar and Koshihikari rice wrapped in a bamboo strip and packed in a curved bento box made from cedar is the hallmark product and sold in limited numbers. It also sells a standard series of trout sushi as well as processed seafood products from Toyama.
