Mawaru Toyamawan Sushitama (Kanazawa Station Shop)廻る富山湾すし玉 金沢駅店
This “conveyor belt” sushi shop is located inside “Kanazawa Hyakubangai,” a commercial center just past JR Kanazawa Station. Popular enough to draw in not just local shoppers, but tourists as well. They offer primarily the bounty of Hokuriku’s sea acquired that day from Ishikawa and Toyama ports, all at a reasonable price. Their pride and joy may be the sushi rice which features a combination of Noto koshihikari rice with vinegar from a classic shop. Besides sushi, there are great dishes like fresh sashimi, rare tastes of Hokuriku and famous Toyama white shrimp.

Ishikawa Main Areas
Long, thin Ishikawa prefecture runs along the Sea of Japan up into Noto Peninsula. Highlights of the seaside towns lining the west coast include Kanazawa, often described as a "Little Kyoto" thanks to its old wooden tea houses and geisha culture as well as its picturesque Japanese garden, Kenroku-en.
