A seafood cafeteria located on the second floor of the Omi-cho Ichiba-kan mall in Kanazawa, Ishikawa renowned for its seafood rice bowls made with the freshest fish from the adjoining Omi-cho Market. The “tokusen Kaisen-don” select seafood rice bowl is particularly popular, and is piled high with local fish caught just that morning, tuna, crab, sweet shrimp, and sea urchin. At night, the restaurant serves local Ishikawa sakes and a la carte dishes made with the bounties of the sea. In addition to counter and table seating, the restaurant also has tatami mat seating, and everyone from individuals to groups can enjoy a leisurely meal at Hirai.

金沢市近江町市場にあります、ランチ時期は9割海鮮丼です少し値段は下がったが今でも高いやはりインスタバエがすると言うこよか。

お昼前には着きましたが、並んでました。店内はきれいで、甘海老、アワビ、ウニなどが入った丼を楽しみました。

夜の近江市場はシャッターが閉まりひっそり。2階にあるお店で改装された店先には欄の花が飾られ店構えも良い感じなので入りました。祝日の夕食時間でしたが混雑もなく空いていました。近江市場海鮮丼を食べましたが沢山の種類のお刺身、カニ、イクラが美味しかった。アオサのお味噌汁も熱々で満足できました。お値段もリーズナブル。周りのお店も営業時間外で静まりかえっていたので寂しげな雰囲気でした。
