Yamatoan is a soba restaurant located in Yoshinoyama, Yoshino Town. The restaurant offers handmade soba noodles made with the fresh waters from Mt. Yoshino and buckwheat from Yatsugatake Mountains, Shinshu (Nagano Prefecture). As well as their ‘nio soba’ with fried mochi and grated radish served on a flat bamboo sieve or in a bowl, they also do soba course meals in the evening (booking required three days in advance).

吉野の散策の後、ランチで利用。ちょっと奥の方なので、少し坂を登ります。雰囲気の良い古民家のお蕎麦やさん。ざるそば1100円と、それなりにしますが、美味しかったです。
