Narazuke-no-Jukichiya

This is a Narazuke (vegetables pickled in sake lees) specialty shop facing Yakushi-ji Temple in Nishinokyo Town, Nara City. They make and sell Narazuke taking advantage of the ingredients' flavors without relying on any chemicals. They carry a great variety from the standard gourd and cucumber to celery, burdock root and melon.
