They are known for their original menu options that bring together western and Japanese techniques and show off the specialty ingredients of the region including freshly caught tuna and Kumano beef. Perhaps most popular is their Tuna Variety Meal which includes all sorts of prepared tuna dishes including tuna cutlet and stewed tuna.
