This is the Nagoya branch of the famous Aoyama café Kihachi. The space has a very relaxing, adult ambience. You have your standard sandwiches and cakes as well as pancakes with bacon and other original offerings. The special dish only available at the Nagoya location is “Ogura-an toast”, which comes with sweet bean paste and Mascarpone cheese. There are also many seasonal sandwiches, parfaits, and other items offered monthly.

同行家族が小倉あんサンドに興味がありおやつの時間でしたが、ここに来ました本店8Fのすみにありましたが、前に列があり並んでいました。90分以内の利用ということでした。店内は昔からある喫茶店の雰囲気でした。小倉あんサンドに家族は満足してくれました。
名鉄百貨店でここだけ混んでますねえ

名鉄百貨店はいつもあまり混んでないのだが、ここは別。大抵行列ができている。今回はカフェで訪問し小倉トーストをいただきました。チーズとあんこの相性がよくて美味しいのだが、なんで調理にこんなに時間がかかるのだろう。オーダーの際にも15-20分かかると言われたのだが、それ以上にかかった気がする。出てきたトーストはどこに時間をかけたかわからないものでしたが、美味しかったのでまあよしとします。
