Kiyoken Yokohama Factory
Kiyoken, Yokohama Factory in Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture is a manufacturing factory for shumai (a steamed meat dumpling), which is the famous Yokohama specialty. You can learn about the history of Kiyoken on VTR and tour the actual manufacturing process of shumai and bento (a take away lunch).
