Cheese Café is a restaurant where customers can enjoy charcoal-broiled dishes such as cheese fondue or steak. The open kitchen on the first floor allows diners to enjoy watching the food preparation process. One of the most popular menu items is teppanyaki steak. The restaurant is proud of its charcoal-cooked fondue, richly flavored with two kinds of cheese imported from Switzerland, and its honey-lemon Quatro Formaggi Pizza, which won second prize in the classical division of the Italian Campionato Mondiale della Pizza.
