Dengaku Kisoya
Located one road east of National Route 143 in Ote, Matsumoto City, this restaurant specializing in local cuisine was opened in 1887. The famous “dengaku” dish is made with tofu topped with Shinshu miso and fried, and can be enjoyed either individually or as part of a set. There’s also food that uses carp, loach, and char, as well as handmade soba and seasonal dishes. The interior features Matsumoto mingei-style furniture.

- 松本駅からは少し歩きます。ここの馬刺しは柔らかく最高に食べやすく美味しいです。昼間から真澄の荒ばしりを呑みながら味噌田楽、馬刺し、鯉のあらいをつまみにして〆に蕎麦を食べて松本旅行を楽しんでます。
