Monument of Soshunfu (Ode to Early Spring)
This is a stone monument bearing an inscription for Ode to Early Spring, a song written by Kazumasa Yoshimaru in the Taisho period. The song incorporates the feelings of waiting impatiently for Azumino’s spring, and ever since it has been sung fondly by many people. The monument was built in 1984 by the kindness of many people including the townspeople.
