This brewer that was founded in 1894 in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture manufactures and sells sake and liqueurs. Their representative brands are “Shinshu Maihime” and “Suiro.” Using the cool underground water in Kirigamine and carefully selected rice suitable for sake brewing, it continues to make amazing sake bursting with flavor and highly aromatic. Most of the products manufactured by the company line the shop located in a refurbished warehouse, and you can choose your favorite sake while sampling different kinds.
