Ikasuri-jinja Shrine

This is one of Japan's oldest shrines marked in a register of shrines in Japan, located between office buildings. It is approximately a three-minute walk from Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro. It is affectionately called Zamasan by the locals and is worshiped for protection of the home, safe travel and the safe delivery of babies. For safe delivery, visitor can purchase a bell charm and a maternity band. Additionally, the shrine conducts prayers at the shrine or house calls for warding off evil and protecting against misfortune. Traditional Shinto weddings with Japanese court music can also be held at the shrine. The emblem of the shrine is a heron and original Goshuin, shogunate-authorized temple stamp, is also available. The fringed orchid associated with the emblem is grown in the shrine and visitors can enjoy viewing them from mid-July.

本町のビジネス街の裏通りにビル街に囲まれてある摂津国一之宮。坐摩大神（いかすりのおおかみ）と読み難いため、地元でも「ざま神社」「ざまさん」と呼ばれることが多い神社。
安産祈願でも有名

坐摩大神を祀る、坐摩神社。坐摩大神とは、五柱の御祭神の総称。生井神、福井神、綱長井神、波比岐神、阿須波神が、祀られている。古くは、神功皇后が応神天皇の安産をご祈願、近くは、明治天皇がお生まれになる時に宮中よりご祈願。そういった歴史から、現在でも安産祈願の神社として、地元の方々から、崇敬を集めている。

本町のホテルに宿泊した際に朝の散歩をしていて通りかかりました。入ってすぐの正面に茅の輪くぐりというものがありました。すぐ近くにくぐり方を書いた看板も設置されています。他にも陶器神社など、なかなか特徴的な神社だと思いました。
