Garlic Ramen Osaka Tenyo (Taishobashi Branch)
This ramen restaurant is located at the base of Taisho Bridge, approximately three minutes' walk from the JR Taisho Station. This restaurant's best-selling ramen boasts a unique soup, made from pork bone, chicken stock, pork belly meat, vegetables and other ingredients. The soup takes 10 hours to make and the recipe has remained unchanged since the restaurant first opened. The ramen uses medium thickness egg-noodles, which the soup sticks well to. The pork used in the ramen is domestically sourced and softly stewed fresh pork belly, from places like Kagoshima and the Kinki region. Customers may choose whether to include garlic or not.

- At the time that we were going to this restaurant, there were fireworks in place a little far from where we are but we still could see a glimpse of beautiful creation. In the middle of firework show...

- Nice little spot with friendly staff and very filling raven. Lots of flavour and good value. Dont worry if you dont know Japanese. Theres plenty of pictures to point at :)

- ラーメン750円、ニンニク入りで注文。豚骨、鶏ガラ豚バラの出汁。大盛りは300円アップ。断然ニンニクを入れるべき!個人的にはニンニク少量がちょうどいいです。つけ麺もあり。駐車場なし。
