They make their bread with domestic wheat flour and natural yeast and let it leaven overnight at low temperature, creating fluffy bread with a rich taste. In addition to crunchy, harder varieties of bread, there are also croissants, bagels, sandwiches, and many other types of bread available. The shop is constantly adding new items to its repertoire, such as breads made with seasonal vegetables and fruits. There’s an open kitchen in the shop interior, allowing visitors to observe the baking process firsthand.
