Located roughly a five-minute walk away from each line of Namba Station. This is a well-established specialist katsudon (breaded pork fillet on rice) restaurant, and it has an elegant exterior which fits into Hozenji Yokocho alley. In the restaurant, there are only 10 counter seats, and the service style is with the rice and the pork cutlet being served separately. The good flavor from the Japanese soup stock can be tasted in the sweet juice, these rather large pork cutlets are soaked in these juices. If the pork fillet was put on top of the rice with the juices, the dish would become a little soupy. If it is to your liking, they are delicious even eaten separately. In addition to the standard Katsudon, the menu has various kinds of dishes which you can enjoy including Katsudon with Korean pickles on rice, Katsudon with cheese on rice and Katsudon with curry on rice.
