Looking around, the interior décor seems too stylish to be an okonomiyaki restaurant. There is an array of wine bottles behind the counter. The restaurant owner recommends the Vin Ju Tei Yaki Fromage, which has plenty of melted cheese poured over the okonomiyaki, turning the okonomiyaki white in color, and which goes very well with wine.

大阪のVin樹亭さんへ訪問。お好み焼き風のフロマージュを食べました。なかなか面白かったです。電気の雰囲気は悪くありませんが、接客は改善の余地ありでした。

「お好み焼」と「ワイン」で検索すると出てきますが、焼きフロマージュは似て非なるものです。メレンゲでできているとの事。大変美味しかったです。締めのステーキも大変美味しかったです。
