パンやケーキ、料理は概ね美味しい、がサービス面はアルバイト多用で不慣れな

アルバイトスタッフの出入りが激しい。まともなスタッフ教育もしない状態で客を選ぶ社員がおり挨拶もしない。総じてアルバイト、社員に限らずスタッフによって接客レベルや商品知識の差があり食べ終わっても、ずっと話し込んでいるマナーの悪い客にも注意もしないので混雑する時間帯は長時間待たされる覚悟が必要。そういう不当な扱いを受けることもあって利用を控えるようになりました。

兵庫神戸のコム・シノワさんへ訪問。パンを買いました。美味しかったです。店内は、たくさんのお客さんで賑わっていました。
神戸でも人気が高いパン屋さんの一つです。

コムシノワさんは、サ・マーシュ（Ca marche）の方が修行をしたお店です。ここは、パンを買って、奥で好きな飲み物をオーダーして、カフェ風にいただくこともできます。もちろんお持ち帰りもできます。
