This is a free observation lobby on the 24th floor of the Kobe City Hall Municipal Office no.1 building, located around a six-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, and a spot where one can see Kobe’s scenery from an elevation of 100 meters. Views stretch from Roko Island to Kobe City, the Port of Kobe and the Roko mountain range. As it is open until 10 p.m. it is also a popular spot to catch night views, such as the glittering lights of the city or the light of decorative illumination on the mountainsides. There are also cafes and restaurants available where one can eat while savoring the view.

意外な観光スポットです。この２４階には、カフェやレストランがあります。もちろんここまで上がってくるのは無料です。カフェはUCCなのでコーヒーも美味しいです。是非窓際の席をゲットしましょう。

24階には韓国料理と軽食喫茶が有りますが韓国料理は「百済」ということで口コミに出ていますので軽食喫茶の口コミいたします。ここも百済と同様展望がよい場所です。訪問当日はランチ「南蛮定食」＋コーヒー（１００円）で頂きました。私の席からは神戸東側が一望できます。ただランチの量は腹ペコの人は少し物足りないような気がするのではないでしょうか。
