The menu consists of only two kinds of ramen and chashu-men. The soup is made from simmered pork and chicken bones, and the homemade thin noodles are well mixed with the soup. On the table are garlic, chives, and kimchi, allowing customers to customize the soup to their own taste.

飲んだ時の〆には道頓堀店で立ち食いが定番ですが、ミナミでの飲みはコロナですっかりご無沙汰。お店も8時までの営業。仕事終わりの夕食なので腰落ちけたかったので戎橋店へ。豚骨ではあるが流行りの濃厚系ではなく、昔ながらのアッサリ系。食べ放題（以前は自分で取るスタイルでしたが、コロナで店員さんによそってもらいますが、お代わりは自由です。）のこの店独特の硬めのご飯とキムチを食べながらラーメンが出来上がる...
