Nakijin Agu pork cuisine Nagadoya

Shabushabu
Nagadoya is a specialist Nakijin Agu Pork restaurant located in Tamashiro, Nakijin Village, around three minutes’ drive south along Prefectural Highway 72 from the Nakijin Village Office. Nagadoya serves Nakijin Agu pork from pure-bred Okinawan Agu Pigs that have not been crossed with Western pig breeds, together with fresh vegetables grown in the Yanbaru region, in the form of Shichirin Yakiniku and Shabu-shabu hotpot. The restaurant also offers a “Glutton’s Set Meal” combining Yakiniku and Shabu-shabu, for diners who want to try both.
