出汁の酒類が二種類(魚の燻製or鶏)から選べ、珍しい前者を選択し、大正解。半分程度食べ、かぼす？による味変も美味しかった。炒飯も美味。また、食べたいと思えるお店。店主がユニークで笑わせてくれる人柄でかつなぜか鳶を呼べる。支払い後の謎のじゃんけんあり。

前から気になっていたのですが、やっと行けました。8月の御昼どき明け広げたお店はエアコンが無く多汗を覚悟でチャンポンをお願いしました。しかし、その汗を吹き消す扇風機からの爽やかな海風！！なんと？店主のハワイアンの歌声付き・・・・・！！こんなのあり？楽しいひと時でした。
