Boasting a headquarters in Susukino area of Sapporo, this store is a miso ramen shop. Their motto is 'miso ramen that wakes all your five senses.' The trademark ramen has concentrated clear broth with a punch of pork, mature chicken and choice vegetables entwined around medium fat noodles. Their signature Miso Ramen broth is made from a blend of three different types of miso. The salty 'tomi torai men' noodle ramen is made using the fish paste of the 'wonder-fish' the northern blenny, only caught in the winter. The Kani Ramen, in which crab meat and egg whites make a rich gravy, is exclusively offered only at the New Chitose store.

やっぱり味噌ラーメン

いつも新千歳空港でラーメン食べたくなるのですが、ここ最近失敗続き。。ちょっと並ぶことを覚悟して、今回は間違いない人気店をチョイス。1人なのでさほど待つことなく入店できました。おそらく空港価格のチャーシュー拉麺1460円に煮卵追加。ラーメンにしては高くつきましたが、結果的に美味しかったので満足！分厚いチャーシューもしっかり美味しい！そしてやっぱり札幌味噌は抜群に美味。次回からここにしよう！

久しぶりの札幌訪問。地元の友人に味噌ラーメンの店を聞いたところ、信玄を教えられたのですが、空港内にはなく、次の候補のけやきを紹介されました。昔ながらの味噌ラーメン。美味しかったです。合わせて餃子を頼みましたが、羽が綺麗。
北海道旅行の〆は絶品の味噌ラーメン

フライト前の最後の食事は、10店舗が集結する「北海道ラーメン道場」の内、妻が旅行前に決めていた味噌ラーメンで有名な「けやき」でした。3種類の味噌をブレンドしたこだわりのスープが絶品！中太縮れ麺との絡みが抜群で、野菜がたっぷりで最高に美味しかったです。味噌ラーメン好きの私ども夫婦ですが、ここ最近外食したなかで文句なしのNo.1でした。
