This pastry shop is located on the Sweets Avenue of the second floor of New Chitose Airport's Domestic Terminal Building. It's most popular item is their souffle-like Cheese Cake Omelet. It caught on by word of mouth from flight attendants. Made with ingredients from Hokkaido, the texture resembles a half-done, melt-in-your-mouth omelet. Only available at the New Chitose Airport, their Fuwafuwa Cookie Sandwiches feature shortbread sable cookies made with three kinds of spice, marshmallow filling, and a succulent chocolate coating. They're a popular souvenir.

今回もチーズオムレット、リピート購入しました

前回食べて大変気に入り、今回、新千歳に着いた際に当店をのぞき、旅行の最終日に土産として購入しました。チョコレートやストロベリー味の物もありますが、やはりチーズオムレットですから、プレーンでしょう。持ち帰りはこれもやはり冷蔵品で殆どが保冷バッグを有料購入しなければなりませんが、ここのは保冷バッグとびっくりするくらい大きな保冷材で120、納得の価格でした。

北海道の新しいスイーツです

函館の銘菓のようですが、北海道旅行の帰りに新千歳空港の当店でチーズオムレットを購入しました。他にもクッキーやショコラ、マカロンなども販売しているようですが、このチーズオムレットが最高です。ルタオのドゥーブルフロマージュはサイズも大きく、価格も高価ですが当商品は一口サイズで気軽に食べることができますし、お土産に差し上げる際にも便利かと思います。
