The traditional Hokkaido flavor of their Kanehiro Genghis Khan, a yakiniku barbecue dish with sauce, is also a draw. We were here for lunch and the restaurant is at the 2nd floor while the butcher is on 1st floor. It has quite a huge dinning space and you can even choose to sit on tatami or normal dining table...

彼氏、友人との旅行のついでにオススメと言われたお店に。とても美味しくいただきました。私はジンギスカンが苦手なので食べてませんが、普通に焼肉メニューも多く満足しました。唯一、普通のビールとジョッキの大きさとの違いにびっくりしました、笑

長沼町に本店があるジンギスカンのかねひろが、札幌の羊が丘通り沿いにもお店を出しています。２階で焼きながらいただくこともできますが、ビールと楽しみたいので、いつも味付けの肉を買って帰り、自宅で焼きます。全く臭みのないラムは厚みがあるのに驚くほど柔らかく、少し甘めで生姜の効いたタレがたまりません。タレは少し残しておいて、うどんで〆るのが定番です。
