Operated by the long-established butcher's shop Kanehiro, guests enjoy A4 and A5 ranked Wagyu beef carefully selected from around the country. They recommend quickly cooking it to your taste and then dipping it in egg to enjoy sukiyaki style. The traditional Hokkaido flavor of their Kanehiro Genghis Khan, a yakiniku barbecue dish with sauce, is also a draw. They also provide tempting toppings that enhance the flavor of grilled meat like mountain wasabi and garlic roasted in oil.

- Very nice Wagyu beef
- We were here for lunch and the restaurant is at the 2nd floor while the butcher is on 1st floor. It has quite a huge dinning space and you can even choose to sit on tatami or normal dining table...

- 彼氏、友人との旅行のついでにオススメと言われたお店に。とても美味しくいただきました。私はジンギスカンが苦手なので食べてませんが、普通に焼肉メニューも多く満足しました。唯一、普通のビールとジョッキの大きさとの違いにびっくりしました、笑

- 長沼町に本店があるジンギスカンのかねひろが、札幌の羊が丘通り沿いにもお店を出しています。2階で焼きながらいただくこともできますが、ビールと楽しみたいので、いつも味付けの肉を買って帰り、自宅で焼きます。全く臭みのないラムは厚みがあるのに驚くほど柔らかく、少し甘めで生姜の効いたタレがたまりません。タレは少し残しておいて、うどんで〆るのが定番です。
