This sweet shop with its cute Kumagoron character bear motif is popular for its donuts. It's on the second floor of New Chitose Airport's Domestic Terminal Building. It's been featured in the media many times. Not only do their products look cute, but they are committed to using fine ingredients like Shiretoko salt, their own honey, and milk produced in Nakashibetsu Town. Their Shiretoko Donuts with the face of Kumagoron peeking out from the hole come recommended. They offer sets of their top five donuts, as well as seasonal items and items only available at the airport.

ここのドーナツは可愛いだけでなくドーナツもふわふわで柔らかく甘さも個人的にちょうどよくとても美味しいです。

中標津にあるシレトコファクトリーという店が、新千歳空港にも出店していたんですね。それが、こちらのシレトコ・スカイスイーツでした。人気の商品は、クマなどの動物の顔が描かれたドーナッツが、普通のドーナッツの穴の部分から顔を出している「シレトコドーナッツ」。おいしいんですけど、可愛すぎて食べるのを躊躇してしまうことと、お値段がちょっと気になりますね。
