A sushi restaurant located close to the Goryokaku fort. The restaurant's sushi is made with seafood picked in the market by the owner himself. Sushikin is popular with local regulars. The restaurant's service is excellent and Sushikin was listed in the Michelin Guide Hokkaido 2017 Special Edition. Local musician Teru of the group Glay has eaten here with his family since he was a child and Sushikin is also a destination for fans of the band. The restaurant's sea urchin rolls, topped with shredded konbu seaweed, are called Glay Rolls.

カウンターは7席あり、昔ながらのお鮨やさんです。ネタはカウンターのショーケースに並べ、ネタの良さが職人技を感じさせます。つまみ、刺身、にぎり、お椀、どれもベテランの寿司職人技を感じる品々でした。

20年以上通っています。大将のサバサバした人柄もいいのですが、何よりも、他地域から来た人を連れて行くと口を揃えて美味いと言われます。寿司で有名な道内他地域から来た客も「参った」と言っていました。
