Fish/seafood
Kafuka is a seafood restaurant directly operated by the Kafuka Fishermen’s Cooperative in Rebun Town, Rebun County, Hokkaido. The restaurant serves food using mainly fresh seafood caught in the waters of Kafuka on Rebun Island. The seafood rice bowls and grilled seafood are especially well liked. Among them, the ezo-bafun uni (short-spined sea urchin) raised in Rebun is fed high quality Rishiri kelp and tastes exquisite.
