Shirakaba
Located in Kiyokawa Town, Obihiro City, Hokkaido, is this long-established Mongolian mutton barbecue restaurant founded in 1957. Only the best parts of the sheep are selected, such as loin, rib, and leg to give easy-to-eat, great tasting meat of quality thickness. The specially made soy sauce using apples and onion bring out the rich, juicy flavor of the meat in every mouthful. The restaurant is always packed with families and groups of friends gathered around the traditional barbecue.
