Edelweiss Farm is a butcher's studio and directly managed store located near the Wanatsu Smart IC. Edelweiss Farm uses the traditional German method of meat processing, the home of sausages and hams, to process meat through ice-curing for up to four weeks. No preservatives are used, so the meat is safe to eat for both men and women of all ages. Around the store and the factory are planted about 300 roses and clematis, and every year during the blooming season, the colorful flowers are a feast for the eyes.
