Edelweiss Farm sells ham and bacon direct from its factory in Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido. The succulent ham, and bacon, carefully matured over time without using any preservatives or artificial colors is based on an authentic German recipe and commended by top-class chefs. Popular in product exhibitions around the country, the farm store is famous for receiving two product awards in the Hokkaido High Grade Food Selection in 2017.
