This sushi restaurant, boasting an abundance of Hokkaido ingredients, is located 15 minutes' drive from New Chitose Airport. For over 20 years since its establishment, it has continued to provide authentic sushi that does not conform to the framework of conveyor belt sushi restaurants, using carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido. The weekday-only one-coin (500 yen) lunch menu offers a satisfying ten varieties of fresh fish, including tuna, fatty sardines, salmon and sweet shrimp, with miso soup. The fish head soup is also popular, and there is also a great individual item menu that includes Japanese scallop butter-fried dishes and skewers, and sweet potato rice cakes.

日曜日の19時頃に行ったので30分ほど待つ事になりました。一人で行ったのでシェアが出来ないので、五貫盛りや三貫盛りをメインで注文しました。お値打ちで美味しかったです。
