Shirakaba Highland International Ski Area

A ski area located in Ashidahakkano, Tateshina Town, Kitasaku County, Nagano Prefecture. A skiers' only slope commanding a view of Mt. Tateshina, Lake Megami, and the Northern Japan Alps, the ski area has a variety of courses suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced skiers. On a gondola lift which extending all the way to the top of the slope 1,260 meters above sea level, you can enjoy spectacular scenery overlooking the Shirakaba Highland.
