Seven minutes from JR Kami-Suwa Station. Established in 1858, this shop is filled with lovingly crafted tsukudani foods boiled and preserved in soy sauce. The shop offers customers samples of its products so you can try before you buy. The shop's popular Japanese pond smelt is available in three varieties - shio (salt), shizenen (natural salt), and amakara (salty sweet); tasty as is, be sure to try them nanbanzuke and chazuke-style as well! Customers also love the simple flavor of the shop's Wakasagi Kobaini Japanse pond smelt from Lake Suwa stewed with Japanese plum extract.

ワカサギの唐揚げが有名。地元の人に紹介され、お土産に購入しましたが、家に到着するまでにすべて食べてしまいました。

上諏訪駅から徒歩7分温泉ホテル街の一角にある店です。安政5年の創業の手作り味を信条のわかさぎの佃煮のうちわかさぎ紅梅煮は滋味豊な味わいです、自宅でお茶漬けで頂きました。紀州産の梅のエキスのほのかな味があいます。じっくりと煮たわかさぎ佃煮です。

諏訪に来ると必ずここに寄っておみやげを買って帰ります。オススメはワカサギの唐揚げで特に塩味が美味しい。一緒に蜂の子のビン詰めも買うことが多いです。
