Migotoya Main Restaurant
A 30-minute drive from the Suwa Interchange or the Suwa-minami Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. This long-standing soba noodle restaurant, situated along the Venus Line, serves thick and chewy country-style inaka soba. The restaurant's wasabi green cold zaru soba noodles, made with wasabi greens from Azumino, are tasty, and the combo which includes mushroom mazegohan rice is particularly recommended. The restaurant's tempura soba is particularly popular and is served with local edible wild plant tempura from spring to early summer and homegrown vegetable tempura from summer to fall. The restaurant has a laid back tatami mat seating area as well as table and chair seating.
