Uchinada Town History and Folklore Museum House of Wind and Sand
"Located near the Sunset Bridge, a 344-meter-long cable-stayed bridge, the museum is a one-floor building with no steps and exhibits the history of Uchinada, various materials, kites, cultural assets, etc. The four exhibition rooms include a section on the Awagasaki Amusement Park that existed in the Taisho era, a section on the Uchinada struggle that pioneered the postwar base opposition movement, and a folk and history section that reproduces earthenware and fishing tools. The museum also offers guided tours of the adjacent ""Karetei"" teahouse."
