Gosannen War Kanazawa Archives
A museum located along National Route 13 in Negoya, Kanezawa-nakano , Yokote City. It's in the Kanezawa region which was the ancient battlefield of the Gosannen War during the later part of the Heian Period (794-1185). Their collection is made of materials related to the Gosannen War including a series of pictorials describing the state of the battle. Also on display are treasured items from Kanezawa Hachimangu shrine and artifacts from nearby archaeological digs including the Otoriiyama Ruins, a nationally designated historical site.
