Among other things, the farm primarily grows mineral-rich, non-astringent Amawarabi cherries; Sato Nishiki cherries, considered the standard for sweet cherries; blueberries perfectly balancing sweetness and tartness; edamame green soybeans with a delicious flavor that's a little different from standard varieties; Irish cobbler potatoes and Kita Akari potatoes which taste great even raw; and sweet potatoes renowned for their sweetness, full flavor, and fluffy texture.
