Heigawa Auto Camping Ground

This auto campground is located approximately a 90-minute drive from Morioka Minami Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway. The campground is inside the recreation park River Park Niisato, situated on an elevated area overlooking Heigawa River. There is a standard auto campground for cars, another for camper vans and an open auto campground, all equipped with a 20-amp power supply. In addition to the management building having cooking areas, coin laundry and heated showers, visitors can also bathe at the adjacent public bath, Yuttarikan. Even first-time campers can enjoy a long stay without worrying about anything, and the campground is also an ideal spot for fishing on Heigawa River.
