Uchimagi Valley Shower Climbing
This limited-time sport from July to September is when you try to reach the goal across large and small waterfalls while walking and swimming in the river against the flow of the Uchimaki mountain streams. You can enjoy the exhilaration and thrills while feeling the stream of the river and the clear air of the forest. Beginners can feel at ease because it is led by an instructor. Everyone from elementary school-age children can participate, and it is perfect for families. To join, contact the Furusato Taiken Gakushu Kyokai. The meeting place for the activity is the Uchimagi Visitor Center.
