The shop’s flagship product is its famous usukawa manju. Beloved for more than a century, these thin-skinned steamed buns feature a filling of sweetened Hokkaido adzuki beans cooked using techniques passed down for generations.

有名なのはうすかわまんじゅう。一口サイズの大きさのこしあんを入れた万頭は 上品なお味で手土産には最適。
