The garden has a variety of flowers that bloom throughout the seasons and features a nearly 300-year-old wisteria trellis as well as roses, tulips, and hydrangeas. The garden also has a viewing platform, walking trails, and a restaurant. It's also home to the Ja no Hana Palace, a representation of Meiji architecture that has been registered as a Tangible Cultural Property of Japan. Seasonal events are held including the Wisteria Festival and Fall Colors Festival.
